Winter Edition: Giving thanks

Just taking a moment to say Happy Holidays to everyone out there. I know it's Christmas tomorrow, but I hope everyone, regardless of religion or preferred holiday merriment, is taking some time during these winter months to relax, reflect and enjoy the company of friends and family.

Happy Holidays.
Happy New Year.
Happy Writing.

Thank you both. Happy New Year to you guys, too.

Jennifer, I'm thinking that one of my resolutions might be a more structured scheduled for this blog. Find a time that I'm on my laptop at home regularly, and make it a point to post something new during that time, maybe once a week.

That sounds like a good idea. Similarly, I want to be more structured with my writing time and even possibly schedule in reading time. I no longer have a long train commute and it's resulted in me not reading as often as I'd like.

As for the writing, I've been thinking about getting up early to work. But I couldn't sleep tonight and finally got up at 5 AM...and writing is not what I want to be doing. Well, we can train ourselves, can't we?
